District Performance Assessment Tool is an annual assessment of the performance of all districts in Ghana. The DPAT is used to determine how well the districts have performed in line with their mandate. The Central Government uses the DPAT to allocate funds to districts based on their performance.

The assessment included an entry conference and an exit conference.
